A Boutique of Treasures is a recycled jewelry & gift business, located in Parkesburg. The brainstorm idea of Shelli Hoover's, A Boutique of Treasures came to be from a lot of vintage buttons, funky zipper pulls, rick rack, lace, a few skeleton keys and a box of costume jewelry from her grandmother who had been a seamstress in the 1960's and 1970's. After some time of making jewelry she started to pick up metal candle and wine holders and old jewelry boxes which she painted and embellished. Shelli did some research for other ideas on making old things into something new. Now A Boutique of Treasures has a full line of gifts including items made from vinyl record albums and their covers, vintage game pieces such as dominos, bingo chips, checkers, parchesee, scrabble and much much more. The stock and the inventory change frequently. Please remember that these items have been previously loved by someone else and may have scratches, dents and imperfections.
